2. Main function
A. Motor spindle drive is used for the machine. The frequency converter adjusts spindle speed; the spindle speed is up to 9000rpm.
B. Each spindle position is an independent twisting unit, it can start-up or stop by itself, and also by the whole machine. The two sides of the machine are independent entirely, and can twist different yarn variety separately.
C. PLC control system. The take-up motor, the over-feed motor and the traverse motor are driven separately by each frequency converter. All the technical data (including spindle speed, twist, twist direction, over-feed ratio, set length, take-up cross angle and length) can be input and display by the touching screen.
D. The electric-counter of yarn length and the 4-shift output counter are supplied for each spindle.
E. The machine is supplied with malfunction diagnosing system, this system can continuous inspect and control the spindle ,over-feed winding device, traverse yarn speed and the anti-patterning device.
F. Package belt conveyor device is supplied with the machine. The device can be in the state of continue running, and also in step running.
G. Provided the transfer tails device.
H. Provided the pneumatic threading system.
