Inverter regulates the motor speed. It starts smoothly and the time of speeding up can be adjusted to ensure the optimum starting.
The main motor controlled by PLC is enabled the machine to operate automatically.
The short-term autoleveller controlled by open-loop, which can be suitable for BYD or USG controlling system. It is adopted to decrease the weight irregularity and the weight deviation (CV%). So the high quality products can be obtained.
The pneumatic system on line can detect, control and display the sliver's quality automatically. The machine will stop automatically if the result exceeds the quality standard, and the reason can also be shown at the time.
The air-controlled sliver-broken device is optional, which make the breaking action reliable to improve the efficiency.
The drafting system is driven by timing belt, which improves the driving reliability and as a result the drafting is steady and the sliver irregularity is decreased.
The sliver-guidframe is driven by flat belt to make driving smoothly and decrease the misdraft.
The cleaning system is driven by independent motor to eliminate the influence to draft system.
The suction system is installed outside the machine, which make the amount of air of the two-delivery be same and adjust the amount properly. So a better result can be obtained.
The advanced memory and display function are beneficial to removing the faults, the improve the efficiency.
